Over a year since launching Cleaca Consulting LLC, it has been a bit busy around here with work on a few client engagements, including: cross-functional global sourcing assessment, packaging improvements and PLM vendor selection for a major retailer. Consequently, I am only just getting to the task of building the website. Some would say it is "Cart after the horse" but the delay gave me time to think about how to best describe services offered and building bridges to higher performance - the foundation of my consulting practice (more here). Between other tasks, it will take a few weeks between this post and launching cleaca.com, but I hope you like it when it gets here.
